How to book

  1.  Fill out the inquiry form completely.

  2. If your inquiry form is submitted over the weekend you can expect for someone to contact you the following Monday. If inquiry is submitted Monday-Thursday you can expect to hear from someone within 24 hours. 

  3. After a phone consultation and you're ready to proceed with payment, I will send over an invoice as well as payment options.

Advance notice

When inquiring/booking for an event we suggest a three weeks notice to help with the planning of your event.

 

*We ask at least a 2 hour setup time minimum if possible

*Events booked within a week or less will be charged a rush fee!

Retainer fee (deposit)

Yes, we do require a 50% retainer fee that will go towards your service and secure your event date. This is non-refundable but is transferrable up to 90 days from your event date.

*Disclaimer: You will only be allowed to change event date once!

Do you deliver

Yes! We service the Oklahoma City metro and surrounding areas (Warr Acres, Edmond, Yukon, Norman, etc.)

 

​Will travel outside of Oklahoma

Type of Balloons

We use 100% biodegradable latex balloons that can be recycled! We use the highest quality balloons available.

Life expectancy of balloons

The life expectancy of balloons can last from a couple of days to a few months depending on the weather conditions that they face. 

​

Direct sunlight can lower the life expectancy of balloons due to the heat. Lighter colors tend to do better in direct sunlight vs darker colors. 

​

Disclaimer: I cannot guarantee your balloons will last at all once they have been delivered.

 

 Once delivered, Dream Events is not held responsible for any balloons that are popped, stolen, lost, poked or let go of. If WE pop your balloon, it will be replaced at no charge or a refund will be issued if we're unable to get a replacement in time.

Striking Fee

The client is responsible for the tear down of their arrangement once the event has ended.

 

If the client would like for us to come back to tear down that will be an additional charge.

*Please mention this when you inquire. If we are returning for a rental we will retrieve that item only.

Supplies/Materials

We only use premium quality balloons for all installs and events. Unfortunately we will not be able to utilize the materials that you supply for an install.

  • No Amazon balloon kits

  • No Party City balloons

  • No Dollar Tree/Store
